We'll send you return instructions.

Ship the item back to us.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within [4-5] business days (You will receive according to your Bank time). 

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arriived faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Email us within [7] days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
